Mailing Lists – how we collect your data and how we use it

Our Mailing list is made up currently from two different sources:

1.If you are a customer who has booked in for a session
2.If you have signed up to our newsletter via the website

When we book a customer in for a session we collectinformation that will help us prepare better for the services we provide both before, duringand after sessions –these are things like golf handicap, dexterity, height, age, gender, hand size, wrist to floor, play frequency, current equipment information, courses you play and other golf performance related data. We also collect an email address and a telephone number for on-going communication about the service including to re arrange if necessary and to check in with you to see how any purchase or amendments to your golf game or equipment are going.

The individual information such as that listed above helps us personalise the communication and aids our recall with the details specific to you so any communication is informed and relevant.

We also collect email addresses through our newsletter subscription available on our website www.eclipse-

We utilise your email address obtained through both these means of collection to send you updated information;video, offers and newsletters that we believe will be of value to you and your

Third Party

To provide our equipment assessment and coachingservices we utilise two companies as follows:

TrackMan – this is the both the hardware and software that allows us to measure your golf swing and ball performance. We input your email into the software in order to both save the performance data in your file and to enable us to sharewith you easily when applicable. You can see the TrackMan privacy policy here:

my-pro – is a golf performance based website that allows us to track your overall golf game progress. It requires us to invite you to join or you can voluntarily sign up by going to their website. You can see the my‐pro privacy policy here:

Both of these 3rd parties are GDRP compliant and their policies are transparent and clear.

We use two other third‐party providers called ‘Infusionsoft’and ‘123 reg’ to deliver our newsletter and other marketing based emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. We are happy that their privacy policies are compliant.
